Q. What can be done for meeting with school principal?
Recommendations: Prepare material that you need, use portfolio to record your teaching so that principals can acknowledge your work.
• Schedule an appointment to meet with your principal, if he/she cannot meet you weekly. You should create a share folder and share monthly agenda for your meetings so the principal can easily read the agenda.
• Report students’ learning status, share your thoughts and suggestions about school programs, curriculum and rules.
• Keep a teaching portfolio. The portfolio can include best lesson plans, samples of student assignments, pictures of bulletin boards, and agendas from conferences you attend. Share this portfolio with your administrators/principal to help them understand your hard work.
